players and today joseph gill is expected to be in a courtroom for the hearing. back in march he was indicted on one count of theft. schools is tpas -- and ptas say they gave gill thousands of dollars to deliver the ravens' players to deliver the antibullying message but he never delivered. peter morvitt not only a researcher and top medical man, but also he was a lover of music and had wonderful talents. his friends and family came together to remember him with a vigil this is all happening as police continue to search for his killer. abc2 news' sherrie johnson joins us live this morning from the police head carters. nigh -- headquarters, any leads on the investigation? >> reporter: right tow police have no leads in the case and they're hoping that someone saw or heard something on monday night arnold 10:30. that's when peter rdered. he was left outside his home,

shot several times in his head and upper body left for dead. while police continue to search for his killer his extended family gathered for a vigil to remember him through music. 30 minutes before he was killed marvin was making music, he was a singer with the baltimore corral arts -- choral arts society and sang with them for nine years. he was gunned down outside his home in herring run park. he may have been the victim of a robbery police believe and now the chloral arts will make it voice. >> the last piece that we sang before rehearsal ended. the last piece peter sang with was was "the carroll of the angel -- carol of the angels." now he's with the angels. >> reporter: there's a crime stoppers reward in the arrest. call 1-866-7lockup. reporting in downtown

baltimore, charlie sherrie johnson, abc2 news. the woman is in critical condition this morning. she has severe head as well as leg injuries. the other victim he had minor cuts and bruises, you can contact the police if you have any information about the hit and run. anne arundel county police trying to find the masked man you see on the screen. he was captured on cameras robbing the annapolis bank. this was tuesday morning. police say that he demanded money from the bank teller and told them he had a weapon. the teller come plied and give that -- complied and gave that guy some cashment they want to hear from you especially the robbery unit. the number there on the screen. it's (410)222-3469. the president of chick-fil- a ruffled a lot of feathers you may remember this when he came out with his stance against

same sex marriage. now it appears the company may be changing their tune. according to media reports the chain has agreed to stop funding anti-gay groups. chick-fil-a also sent out an internal memo called chick-fil- a -- who we are. it says it is changing its practices. one year ago today the military's controversial don't ask don't tell policy was revealed. gay service members say it's working out well so far. several tell the "new york times" that they're very thankful they no longer have to live secret lives. don't ask don't tell was created back in 1993 to prohibit personnel from discriminating against people and their sexual orientation. it also barred gays in the military from being open about their sexuality. republican presidential candidate mitt romney doing damage control this morning. it's all following some comments that he made that were

caught on video. he was videotaped saying he is not worried about the 47% only americans who don't earn enough to pay income taxes. during a campaign stop in miami, romney told the crowd he supports the 100% in amica. >> this is a campaign about helping people who need help and right now the people who are poor in this country need help getting out of poverty. the people in the middle class need help because their incomes have gone down every year for the last four years. >> a spokesperson for the white houssays the romney campaign is making desperate attempts to change the subject in light of those comments. well, crack of dawn today, space shuttle endeavour is going to make its next leg of a trip to los angeles. it flew to houston yesterday on the back of a jumbo jet. it's pretty cool sight to see. the plane flew low enough for people to stop and get a look. they got their cameras out to watch it to go by.

five things to know as you head out the door this morning. judgment the man suspect -- james holmes the man suspected in that movie theater shooting that happened in colorado is expected to be in court later on this morning. he could be facing more charges, 12 people were killed and 58 were injured in that shooting that happened back in july. secretary of state hillary clinton will be on capitol hill this morning to give the house and senate classified information about the situation in libya. senators have called for congress to investigate. last week's attack on the u.s. consulate that killed four americans. state officials and environmental advocates are calling for a permanent ban on fracking in our state.

officials are releasing a report this morning that those documents will be costing -- what it will cost for drilling from replacing contaminated roads. g water to fixing ruined the superintendent of baltimore county public schools will be at chesapeake high school. it's happening this evening. dr. dallas dance plans to meet with the public to discuss education. that starts at 7:00 by the way. maryland's blue crab harvest right now one of the biggest in the nation. a new report shows that maryland crabs accounted for more than 25% of the nearly 200 million pounds of blue crabs harvested last year. the state's overall harvest was down slightly so it waabout 88 million pounds. the referee lockout right now starting to wear on players. coaches as well as fans. replaceable refs they are now being used because of contract issues with the usual officials. and there have been a lot of concerns over calls, noncalls and delays in doling out the penalties. players right now are saying a lot of this and the refs what

4:51 right now. news around the nation this morning, listen to this. a jury awarded a colorado man more than $7 million for a bag of microwave popcorn. you see wayne watson claims that he received permanent lung damage from a bag of microwave popcorn. he ate two bags every day for years. watson believes his lung damage was caused by inhales the fumes of a compound that's used on the butter flavored microwave popcorn.

the manufacturer does plan to appeal on that judgment. imagine constantly hearing your heartbeat. your lungs inhale and even your eyes move. well, that's what one massachusewith for every day for at least ten years. he's a rare hearing disorder magnified every sound in his body. everything his body did he heard it and doctors discovered there was a tiny hole on one of his ear canals. he underwent surgery to get it fix. doctors say it's a common season that's easily missed because et resembles other problems like allergies. quick thinking boy from florida saved the life of his bus driver. the bus driver reportedly had a heart attack while driving the bus. so jackson, he was on -- from the bus headed home and he jumped into action and got things under control. >> he started curving. and he made a strange face at me. and started going towards the tree so i put my foot on the brakes with the bus still
